Grand Opening
Learning Ladder Preschool Academy is founded by Allen & Natalie Mazzanti serving infants through pre-kindergarten students
August 2010
School Expansion
Learning Ladder Preschool Academy expanded and opened a second building, LLPA Infant & Toddler Development Center
May 2012
Transition to Non-Profit
Dreams came to life! Learning Ladder Preschool Academy transitioned from a for-profit childcare center to a 501c3 nonprofit private school, The Hill School to comply with the Arkansas Department of Education to expand though elementary grades.
May 2019
Kindergarten
The Hill School opened their first Kindergarten classroom.
August 2019
School Expansion
The Hill School expanded, opening additional Kindergarten and first grade classrooms.
August 2020
2nd Campus Opened
THS opened a second campus in East Fayetteville, The Hill School Elementary adding 2nd grade; Camp Bailey more than doubled-in-size serving hundreds of school-age campers each summer.
May 2021
School Expansion
The Hill School Elementary remodeled to add 3 additional classrooms for additional Kindergarten classrooms as well as adding their first 3rd and 4th grade classrooms. The students LOVE their new game & library loft above the auditorium.
August 2023
Additional Grade levels
THS Elementary opened additional classrooms including 5th & 6th grades.
