CAMP BAILEY REGISTRATION

By signing this activities release “Release” of liability, I, parent/legal guardian (hereinafter “Parent”) give permission for my camper(s) (hereinafter “Camper”), to participate in any and all Camp Bailey events and/or activities including, but not limited to, transportation to and full participation in any field trip(s), event(s) and/or activity(ies) (hereinafter “Activities”).
In consideration for Camp Bailey accepting my Camper’s enrollment, the receipt and sufficiency of value and consideration as hereby acknowledged, I waive any and all claims of any kind whatsoever against Camp Bailey/The Hill School and further agree to indemnify and hold Camp Bailey/The Hill School harmless from and against any loss, claim, damage or liabilities that may arise out of any Camp Bailey transportation and/or Activities. I unequivocally waive any and all liability from injuries, faults, and any other emergency situations that may arise during such transportation and/or Activities. By signing, I waive all rights, claims, and other legal actions whatsoever now or in the future.
Further I understand and agree that this release shall apply to Camp Bailey/The Hill School and any Camp Bailey/The Hill School principals, affiliates, successors and assigns now or in the future. I further understand and agree that this Release shall continue and remain in full force and effect until such time as I revoke this release in writing and provide such revocation to Camp Bailey by email to campbailey@thehillschool.com.
As Parent, I hereby affirm that I am the Parent with primary custody of the above reference Camper and have full authority to execute this waiver on Camper’s behalf.

I, hereby agree to allow Camp Bailey and/or its agents or representatives to take photographic images, digital or otherwise, of my camper(s) at Camp Bailey or any related activities. I agree that these photographic images of my camper may be posted on the Camp Bailey Instagram, school Instagram, the school Facebook page, and the school website.
I hereby agree to waive my right to approve or inspect any finished photographs prior to its posting. This waiver shall remain valid until revoked in writing.
I hereby agree to hold harmless Camp Bailey and any of its agents, teachers or representatives regarding the use and distribution of any photograph, electronic media or otherwise, from damages or liability resulting or arising from the use of such materials including but not limited to any 3rd party misuse, distortion, alteration, either intentionally or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of such photograph.
I submit that I am the parent or legal guardian of the camper named above and have the authority to sign this waiver on his or her behalf.

This is a statement of verification that I have been informed that childcare licensing/child maltreatment investigators and/or law enforcement may possibly interview my camper for the purpose of determining licensing compliance or for investigative purposes.

This is a statement of verification that I have been informed in the Camp Bailey Parent Information and Policies Form of the behavior guidance policy practiced.

I, guardian of these campers do hereby give my consent to the Director of THS and Camp Bailey, or his/her duly appointed representative, for said camper to receive medical or surgical aid as may be deemed necessary and expedient by a duly licensed or recognized physician or surgeon in case of an emergency when parents cannot be reached. Consent is also given to the Director or his/her duly appointed representative to transport said camper for emergency medical treatment, if the parents cannot be reached.

Registrations can never be changed or modified under any circumstances. However, from February 1st through midnight on February 29th, families may request to completely cancel their camper’s registration and receive a full refund of all money paid pursuant to that camper’s registration minus a (5%) transaction fee, no exceptions. This will completely cancel and void your camper’s registration into Camp Bailey. Should you wish to re-register your camper thereafter, your new registration will be subject to the sessions and days available at that time (ie - the time of your re-registration). Camp Bailey cannot guarantee that you will be able to re-register for any of the session(s) and/or day(s) that were included on your original registration that was cancelled.

At midnight on February 29th all registrations for Camp Bailey sessions and days are locked in and no changes or refunds of any kind will be given.

Thus, please double check any and all Camp Bailey sessions and days to absolutely ensure the accuracy of your selected items before proceeding to complete this transaction, and your registration into Camp Bailey. Once payment is processed, there are absolutely no cancellations or refunds after midnight on February 29th . And cancellation prior to midnight on February 29th will be done subject to the fees stated above.

Absolutely no refunds will be provided after midnight on February 29th.

We strongly urge you to take a moment to verify your order details, including all Camp Bailey sessions and days to which you are registering. We further strongly urge you to not register for any Camp Bailey sessions or days in which you are not positive your campers can attend.
