The Hill School is a private Christian school educating students from birth through 6th Grade. We include basic Christian truths and educational skills in the preparation of our students’ formal education. We view every student as a "whole child" striving to meet each student's developmental needs with spiritual, emotional, physical and social education.
THS is dedicated to giving every student the best start at life by laying down a foundation of a lifetime of learning. We advocate helping students develop personal integrity and enable them to think critically, work cooperatively, and solve problems creatively.
Our curriculum provides experiences that enable students to make sense of what they are learning and connect their knowledge to everyday life.
The Hill School's unique learning environment offers:
Give your child a strong academic foundation in a school that values faith, community and excellence!

💚 Memory Verse Monday 💚
This week, our students are learning Philippians 4:6: “Don’t worry about anything… tell God about everything. Ask and pray, and give thanks to Him.”
Through our Bible lessons, students are discovering that when life feels hard or worrying, God... cares for us and invites us to talk to Him about everything. Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:25–34 that we can trust God and give our worries to Him.
As we practice this truth throughout the week, we are encouraging students to make brave choices — trying their best, staying calm, asking for help, and doing the right thing even when it isn’t easy.
✨ This connects to our Hedgehog Heroes Character Focus: Brave Choices as we watch our students shine bright in their classrooms, friendships, and daily learning.

Midweek chapel is one of our favorite times together. 💚
Our upper elementary students love reading God’s Word to their younger buddies in Pre-K and lower elementary, creating sweet moments of leadership, connection, and faith.
This week’s lesson focused on prayer and having a ...Faithful Heart — reminding our students that talking to God isn’t just something we do at chapel, but something we can do all throughout our day. In big moments, small moments, and even quiet moments, God is always listening.
A morning filled with worship, prayer, and Scripture is truly the best way to start our day. 🦔✨
❤️🦔 LOVE IN ACTION at THS! 🦔❤️
Our Valentine celebrations were extra special this year as our Hedgehogs had the opportunity to share the love with some of our Hometown Heroes! 💌
We were so grateful to welcome members of our local law enforcement, sheriff’s ...department, EMT/ambulance team, and fire department to campus. Seeing the fire truck pull up brought so much excitement, and our students were proud to present each hero with handmade Valentines as a small way to say THANK YOU for all they do for our community.
HILLton Hedgehog even made an appearance to help spread the love! 🦔💚
At The Hill School, we believe in teaching students that love is more than a word — it’s something we show through kindness, gratitude, and service. Our Hedgehogs truly lived that out as they shared smiles, hugs, and heartfelt notes with the people who protect and care for our city every day.
Hedgehogs share the love! ❤️🚒🚓🚑
This week’s Memory Verse Monday reminds us that the little things we do for others matter — even when no one else sees. God sees every kind heart, helping hand, and generous spirit.
At The Hill School, we’re learning to serve with humble hearts, give quietly, and shine brightly for ...Him. ✨🦔💚

Happy National Hedgehog Day! 🦔💚
Our students celebrated our favorite spiky superstar the best way we know how—by shining bright, having fun, and showing what it means to be a Hill School Hedgehog! ✨
💚 Memory Verse Monday | Week of February 2 💚
Loving others isn’t always easy—but Jesus calls us to love even when it’s hard. This week, we’re focusing on choosing kindness, forgiveness, and prayer, even in tough moments. Let’s shine bright by showing Christ’s love through... our words and actions. ✨

🍁💛 Happy Thanksgiving, Hill School Family! 💚🤍
Today we pause with grateful hearts to thank God for the incredible blessings He has poured over The Hill School. We are so very thankful, incredibly grateful, and unbelievably blessed by the students who fill our classrooms with ...joy, the families who support us so faithfully, and the teachers and staff who pour out their hearts each and every day.
As Psalm 107:1 reminds us, “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good.” And He has been so good to THS.
From our entire Hill School family to yours—
we wish you a warm, peaceful, joy-filled Thanksgiving! 🦃🍂
HILLton got a little confused today…🙈
Instead of “disguise a turkey,” he went full-on “disguise the hedgehog!”
Now he’s wobbling around campus in full turkey gear — feathers, beak, tail fan and all.
We’re just hoping no one mistakes him for the real deal ...this week! 🦃😱
If you see a “turkey” wearing green sneakers and smiling way too big…
don’t worry, it’s just our silly little HILLton living his best Thanksgiving life.
Happy Thanksgiving week, Hedgehogs! 💚🦔🦃
