The Hill School's mission is that every Hill School student will learn boldly, lead faithfully, love others well, and let their light shine.
The Hill School is a private Christian school serving students from infancy through 6th grade. We believe every child is uniquely created by God and deserves an educational experience that nurtures the whole child—spiritually, academically, socially, emotionally, and physically.
Our goal is to provide students with a strong foundation for lifelong learning while helping them grow in faith, character, confidence, independence, and responsibility. Through meaningful relationships, consistent structure and routine, hands-on learning, and individualized instruction, students are encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, solve problems creatively, and connect what they learn to everyday life.
At The Hill School, God’s Word is the foundation of everything we do. Biblical truth is intentionally woven throughout the school day as students learn to understand God’s Word, apply it to their lives, and grow into compassionate, faithful leaders.
The Hill School’s unique learning environment includes:
- Intentionally small classrooms of approximately 10–12 students from infancy through 6th grade
- Personalized instruction and meaningful teacher-student relationships
- Hands-on, experiential learning
- A Christ-centered education rooted in biblical truth

This morning, our Hill School family joined students across the country for See You at the Pole—a special time set aside for students to gather together and pray for their school, their families, their community, and our nation.
Prayer and worship are already an important part of every ...day at THS, but this morning was a little different. See You at the Pole is centered around students coming together and leading one another in prayer. Our students gathered around our flagpole, alongside their teachers, to intentionally pray for the people God has placed in their lives.
Most importantly, our students were reminded that prayer isn’t something reserved for chapel, church, or difficult moments. They can talk to God anytime, anywhere, about anything.

📖 Midweek Chapel • Week 3 ✝️
This week, our students opened their Bibles to Leviticus 16:2–10 and learned about the Day of Atonement. We discovered how the sacrifices described in Leviticus pointed ahead to Jesus—the perfect and ultimate sacrifice for our sins.
Our ...big idea: Jesus is the ultimate atonement, so we can put our faith in Him!
Jesus is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world. —1 John 2:2
What a gift it is to gather each Wednesday to worship, study God’s Word, and grow in our faith together! 💚

💚 Popsicles with the Principal 💚
It may be called Popsicles with the Principal, but today wasn’t really about the principal at all. It was about our school family. 🤍
The first week of school brings so much excitement—but also new routines, big feelings, tired ...teachers, tired students, lots of learning, and plenty of adjusting. And through all of it, we want our Hedgehogs to know one thing:
You never have to do it alone.
Our leadership team isn’t standing on the sidelines—we’re right here in it with our students and teachers. Celebrating the good days, working through the hard ones, figuring things out together, and always cheering you on.
Sometimes that looks like solving a problem. Sometimes it’s listening. Sometimes it’s giving a hug. And sometimes…it’s sitting together at the end of a BIG first week with a popsicle.
That’s what being a school family is all about.
