Camp Bailey

Camp Bailey's first session always begins on the first Monday in June. Some families register for all sessions and other families register for only one session. Families are free to choose the sessions that best fit their family’s summer schedule. Camp Tuition includes 7:30am-3:30pm.

Camp Bailey hours

Drop-off at THS Elementary = 7:30am-8:30am

Drop-off at THS Preschool = 7:30am-8:00am

Day camp at THS Elementary = 8:30am-3:30pm 

Pick-up at either campus = 3:30pm unless enrolled in ASC

ASC offered at THS Elementary = 3:30pm-5:30pm

Camp Bailey 2026 registration launches on January 30th to currently enrolled Hill School students and is open to the community on February 5, 2026.

Jr. Counselors must apply by March 13, 2026.

• Any camper age 5 (must be 5 years old by June 1) through completion of 6th grade is eligible for Camp Bailey!
• Pre-K4 Summer campers (age 4) must be enrolled at THS for the upcoming fall semester. 
• Alumni campers, grades 6th -12th grade are eligible to apply to be a Jr. Camp Counselor. Potential Jr. Counselors should fill out the Camp Counselor application and should not complete registration without a promocode invitation from Camp Bailey.

• 3 days = $220
• 4 days = $240
• 5 days = $260

Yes! Campers can enroll in ASC from 3:30pm-5:30pm!

• 3 days = $25/session
• 4 days = $35/session
• 5 days = $45/session

Camp Bailey ASC is not offered at THS Preschool. Campers enrolled in ASC will be picked up from THS Elementary by 5:30pm.

Yes, Campers will need to bring their lunch box every day. Camp Bailey will provide surprise snacks/treats throughout the week, but campers must have their lunchbox each day.

Camp Bailey Concessions and is available during the day for campers to buy breakfast or snack items or drinks for $1-$2 each. Concession must be purchased during registration or before camp begins.

Camp Bailey divides our campers into 3 main groups: Kindergarten; Younger Elementary; Older Elementary

Each group will have field trips each week with Friday as the onsite day.

Camp Bailey t-shirts are required every day the camper attends. Registration includes one shirt and additional shirts can be purchased closer to the start of camp.
