Waiting List Process

  1. When families are interested in possible enrollment at The Hill School they should fill out our waiting list form, by clicking on "Admissions" on our homepage. 
  2. When the waiting list form has been accepted, you will receive an email confirming that it has been received within 10 business days. If you do not recdeive an email, please call the office (479-582-3333) to confirm that it was received. 
  3. Please make sure the waiting list form is complete. Enrollment from the waiting list is at a first come, first serve basis. The waiting list form does not reserve a spot for a student, it simply adds students to the THS waiting list. If your waiting list form is not complete when submitted, you will not be added to the waiting list. 
  4. Families must tour the facilities in order to complete the waiting list process. Due to Covid, tours are only scheduled for after hours and are only given when a potential spot is available. 
  5. Families are welcome to call to check on their families waiting list status, but you will not be contacted until availability has been confirmed. Most likely, there will not be immediate availability so you will not receive an immediate response. It is very common that spots only come available at the start of each school year (May) for ages 12 months to 6 years. Non-mobile infants are enrolled throughout the school year upon availability.
